What is Air Mesh Fabric?
This breathable mesh fabric uses two-needle warp knitting technology and consists of a unique combination of a mesh top layer, monofilament connections and a smooth flat base layer.
This fabric is commonly known as knitted mesh fabric, because of its superior air permeability, is widely used in various industries. The thickness of our laminated fabric is 2-5mm.
How is it produced?
Our production process involves the use of yarn as our primary raw material and the primary method of manufacturing is through the use of knitting techniques.
Features
The mesh structure of the sandwich fabric is shaped by high temperatures during the production process. When force is applied, it can extend in the direction of the force, and when the tension is reduced and withdrawn, the mesh can return to its original shape. The material can not only maintain a certain elongation in the warp and weft directions, but also not lose its deformation.
